The revision of the whole year will be completed in the weeks to come, but this week is somewhat emblematic of 2022. Still, dividends kept coming in and in total I received 363,75€ in dividends.

In total, I received dividends from 43 stocks / funds with the biggest sums coming from Ares Capital and the monthly dividend of Realty Income. On average, I received a daily dividend of 11.73 and 8.26 from every position. I for once cracked a daily dividend of 10€ or ore and I'd soon like to surpass it for every month of the year. The icing on the cake were the special dividends by Main Street Capital, Total Energies and the RNP fund.
Generally, my portfolio is getting a little big, a little messy and having thought about it for the last few days, I'd like to make it a little leaner and a little more focused. Once the market climbs again, there are a few positions I'd like to close down and reallocate the means to other positions.
Winners & Losers
The biggest winners last month were Southern (+4.6%), which I'd like to add to at some point, and the normally ever-falling AGNC (+3.4%). The biggest losers were SL Green Realty with a whopping -19% after they announced a dividend cut starting in 2023. This is one of the positions I'm considering of closing, but I'll wait for a while and hopefully it will somewhat recover. Equally steep fell the rather speculative Innovative Industrial Properties (-17%), which has been falling this year after climbing rapidly in 2021.
