July came and went as I spent most of my time away on vacation travelling through beautiful (but increasingly more violent) Ecuador. With half an eye (if the wifi allowed me to) I followed the earnings of my stocks, but nothing earth-shattering was reported: it turned out to be the usual mixed bag. On the whole (from what I can see in my portfolio), it proved to be a rather good month for the stock market. The beauty of dividend investing is, of course, that I don't want to really sell my stocks, which means I can - barring any major global catastrophes - easily "skip" a month of the stock market and simply collect the dividends at the end of it. Dividend investing is, to stay with the theme of Ecuador, is investing like a turtle: slow and steady. In total, I collected 340,06€ in dividends in June:
- AGNC: 4,32
- Orion Office: 1,70
- LTC: 2,17
- JPMorgan: 2,68
- Goldman Sachs BDC: 56,49
- Bank of Nova Scotia: 5,36
- WisdomTree Europe Small Cap Dividend: 2,20
- WisdomTree Global Quality Dividend Growth: 8,80
- Ares Commercial Real Estate: 2,79
- iShares STOXX 100 Dividend: 68,40
- EPR Properties: 2,57
- Starwood Properties Trust: 5,22
- SL Green Realty: 1,98
- Stag: 0,40
- Republic Service: 0,24
- Blue Owl Capital: 3,66
- Spirit Realty Capital: 0,94
- Main Street Capital: 15,12
- Innovative Industrial Properties: 4,74
- WP Carey: 34,58
- Realty Income: 23,92
- Medical Properties Trust: 19,59
- Hannon Armstrung Sustainable Infrastructure: 1,07
- Philip Morris: 18,00
- Altria: 12,86
- Vici: 1,25
- Iron Mountain: 6,75
- FS KKR Capital: 4,86
- Coca-Cola: 1,54
- Total Energies: 6,90
- Calamos Strategic Total Return: 3,28
- Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund: 2,27
- Cohen & Steers REIT & Preferred Income Fund: 2,20
- Black Rock Science & Technology II: 3,92
- BlackRock Utilities, Infrastructure & Power Opportunities Trust: 3,23
- Blackrock Enhanced Capital: 3,79
On average, I received 9,44€ from 36 stocks or funds. July represented a daily dividend of 10,96€, which is still above the 10€ a day goal which I have and also (though not as significant as the rich months of May and June) above the 300€ a month. August (and also November) may prove to be very tricky months in this regard.
