Dividend Update: November 23

 good-times- (u/good-times-) - Reddit

November, it felt like, came and went. As work got quite hectic as it usually does before Christmas, I rarely had time to even glance at my portfolio and was hence somewhat happily suprised that the rally that everbody has been hoping for did in fact (at least) start. Overall, my portfolio grew by a handsome 5,04%, which I gladly take.

On the other hand, I also barely looked at my portfolio because I know that November is typically one of my worst dividend months and this one proved no exception. In total, I collected 283,16 in dividends:

  1. Verizon: 8,89
  2. British American Tobacco: 32,58
  3. AGNC: 4,43
  4. ASML: 2,28
  5. Air Products & Chemicals: 0,55
  6. SPDR Global Dividend Aristocrats: 27,09
  7. Texas Instrument: 8,16
  8. Omega Healthcare: 32,61
  9. NNN Reit: 3,92
  10. SL Green Realty: 2,08
  11. Main Street Capital: 15,90
  12. EPR Properties: 2,68
  13. Stag Industrial: 0,44
  14. Kinder Morgan: 5,90
  15. AbbVie: 10,28
  16. Apple: 5,00
  17. Realty Income: 26,86
  18. Hercules Capital: 25,50
  19. Starbucks: 13,22
  20. FS KKR Capital: 0,71
  21. Arbor Realty Trust: 16,80
  22. Sabra Healthcare: 8,14
  23. LTC Properties: 2,20
  24. Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Inc Ord: 9,52
  25. Calamos Strategic Total Return: 3,33
  26. BlackRock Science & Technology II: 2,50
  27. BlackRock Utilities, Infrastructure, & Power Opportunities Trust: 3,26
  28. Blackrock Enhanced Capital & Income: 3,83
  29. Coher & Steers REIT and Preferred Income Fund: 2,22
  30. Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund: 2,29

Unfortunately, just like August and February, this month I failed to cross the 300€ threshold. The task for next year will be to be also in those months above 300€ (though I'm a little dubious about February). Having left November behind, I'm rather looking forward to December as it is usually a quite generous month and I hope for the same this year to leave the year on a high note.
