Dividend Update: September 24

 

September, I have to admit, came and went. With no earnings to follow and little free time after a long summer break now fully involved back at work, the stock market droned on rather in the background for me, but the (according to statistics) worst month of the year defied all statistical odds and turned out to be a positive one, ending (for me) nearly 2% up. I'll take that any day of the week. 

In the meantime, income kept trickling in (albeit sometimes delayed), causing me a smile amid the waves of everyday trials. On the whole, I collected a satisfying 662,01€ in dividends from 44 stocks or funds. This is my second-best month after the glory of June 2024. With amounts like that - i.e. north of 500 or even 600€ coming in - I'm sort of stealing a glance at when I might first be able to crack the 1000€ a month barrier, which would be utterly astounding if you had told me about this a few years back. I might still be two years off of that, but I like the direction where this is heading, as my monthly dividends are a by now a significant contribution alongside the money I invest from my salary every month.
